Krall the Warrior King

Done in November 2008, this is a 12 in tall, 10 lb model of a 10 creature chimera. The creature is a combination of the 10 most "horrific" animals depicted as monsters in stories and movies (wolf head, pirhana scales on snout, bat eats and wings, snake fangs and tongue, gorilla arms and hands, bear body, gartor tail and legs, squid tentacles, shark fin). The 10th animal is a tarantula that I plan to incorporate it when I paint him. Unfortunately, his hand shattered in the beaking process, causing the large cracks in his body, I plan to go back and correct that so that I can finish him. He took 3 weeks to get this far, but he has a lot more work that needs to be done on him.
